I havent seen any knockoff Trijicon Thermals.
But if prospective buyer was wondering I am sure Trijicon customer service would verify with pics and serial number.

I checked out their site, and this optic does not have moulded name-brand, which is news to me. So yes, it looks legit.

It is a Trijicon, NOT a chinese knockoff. Happy to send more pics and verification that it was bought from a Trijicon dealer if you are a legit buyer.
