Hi All,

Looking to upgrade my scope currently have a leupold vx3 3-10x that I’ve had since 2018. I am wanting to have reticle that has some hash marks for hold overs after I had a miss at a longer range shot. It would be on my 6.5 creedmoor tikka t3x lite which I use for 90% of my hunting. I hunt in western and eastern Montana. So sometimes it close thick forest and for pronghorn it’s open and longer range shots.

I like the hunter hold reticle on the Huron and the accupoint mil dot from the photos.

Anyways I know they are different class scopes, was trying to see if it’s worth paying more for the accupoint especially with low light conditions or if the Huron would get the job done.

Just wanted to see what people’s experiences were and recommendations.

If you don’t need illumination the Huron will be great. I have three Hurons and I also had the Accupoint 2.5-10x56. My next scope will be another Huron. Price differences between the Trijicons are typically illumination and turrets for dialing. A bunch of the glass is the same or very close. Huron, Ascent and Credo are supposedly the same glass. With a 3x9x40 Huron I can see the target grid lines and bullet holes at 100 yards on a standard white background paper target.
