Any experience and opinions? Seems to hit a sweet spot for me price wise but can't seem to find much review info out there in terms of hunting use. I've had fantastic success with Acog's and the MRO I bought so I'm sorta drawn to it. less than half of a swarovski and with a lot of great features.

But buying a spotter is a bit of a leap of faith for me as I've never owned one and not exactly sure how much use I'll get.

I just got done demoing one and it was horrible for the price. The 80mm Viper HD I had to compare it against handily beat the Trijicon in resolution. I could have got a bad sample but I reached out to a few people that had them and they all seemed to agree the resolution in their spotters just wasn't up to snuff.

That's a bummer. Great price for what would otherwise be great considering my experience with numerous acogs

I was quite disappointed in it because the scope looks and feels great it just didn't have the resolving power. They've since released a new eyepiece and I wonder if it would help it out at all?

Possible I suppose just have to decide if I'm willing to be $1600 worth of beta testing or just get the Swarovski I want and be done splitting hairs
