There was no option when I purchased mine so it must be the primary.

Also when I ordered mine they refused to remove the bolt release. Now it is an option. I am not sure why more people are not talking about these triggers.

Well, I spoke to soon. My second one will not adjust below 2lbs and quite frankly doesn't even seem like the same trigger. I guess we get to see how customer service is.

I purchased the second one from Christensen Arms. They said send it back and they would refund my money. I ordered a special no bolt release from Trigger Tech. I will report when I receive it.

I got mine from Brownells a few months ago but sent it off to my smith, it'll be awhile before I see it.

This isn't good. I was just about to pick one or two of these. I guess I'll wait until Ryan chimes back in with a response from Triggertech.

Well Christensen Arms refunded my money no questions asked-pretty good customer service. I ordered a "special" from Triggertech. I received it this evening and got it installed. It is absolutely not "special". It will only go down to 1.5 pounds. It was nice to not have the bolt release. If this is how things are going to work with this company I can not do business with them. I will be sticking to Jewells for now. I am undecided at this point if I will even leave the "good" one in my rifle. With this kind of QC I am not sure I can trust it. If I were you I would hold off until further reports.

Ryan, that is the trigger I just received. It will NOT go to 1lb. My first trigger, the one I was bragging about, is the normal "primary" trigger. It safely goes to 1lb. It is an awesome trigger. My second one, also a "primary", would not go below 2lbs. Because I did not want to waste anymore time I stepped up and ordered the "special". It will only go down to 1.5lbs. It is supposed to go to 1lb. Only one of my three triggers was acceptable.

My first two go down to almost one pound. The last two I bought will not go below two pounds and they break different(in a bad way) so I sent them back. I don't understand why they would mess with a damn near perfect trigger!!

Agreed. I thought you guys had introduced me to the new holy grail of hunting triggers. Very sad. I hope they can fix it.
