Reno had 100+ of gen 1 style in stock... They are moving all the old before it is obsolete. For the record I still think the $200 for the original is a steal. Just drill and pin it

I just picked mine up at the Reno store and they are definitely are not on sale any more but they probably have 40 of them on the shelf.
 
Funny. I just created a account and asked for price match and was told they quit honoring it yesterday. When I said I had a "friend" who got the deal today they said thats weird. Guy checked with the manager and still said no. He was kinda a douche....

We all knew it was going to come to an end at some point and some of us would get left out. That doesn't make the guys at Scheels bad guys. I'd say it's the exact opposite. They went above and beyond accommodating us and actually made it really easy for us to get a price and free shipping we probably in all honesty didn't qualify for. I'm for sure using them in the future. Merry Christmas everyone.
 
Not saying their bad guys, i dont know the one I talked to from jack. (How ever i will just throw out overall in outdoor/ hunting stores they pretend to know more than they do) Just say your no longer honoring it. But telling me it ended yesterday and I tell them no thats not true several have got it within hours of me asking.then you call me a liar. Doesn't sit well with me.
 
I picked up one on Friday night and they said they were gonna end the sale on Saturday so I was surprised to hear they honored it as late as they did. Sorry to hear you didn't get one but they were super generous with how many people they gave the discount to! As a whole Scheels is one of the few sporting goods store that is consumer based

How did you get a military discount at Scheels? I've asked them when I check out and they don't offer one. I didn't see it checking out online either.
