Tricer AD

I just purchased a Tricer AD tripod and I received it in the mail yesterday. When adjusting the height of the legs it’s really stiff. It doesn’t adjust up or down very easily/smooth. Does anyone else have this issue? Does it get any better with use/time?

I was finger banging the display models at my local scheels and they were all the same. Kind of difficult to get the legs to extended. I was hoping it was just because they were clapped out display models

I have an AD I've been using for 2 years, all the legs deploy with ease and they have seen lots of dust and debris.

When you first got the tripod were the legs difficult to adjust?

I had the same experience as Flyfisher, every model I tried to adjust at Scheels seemed damaged. They have a pretty big social medial following, but may be a bit fragile...

I reached out to Tricer, they responded quickly. They are going to send me a different set of twist locks that should solve the problem.
