Trespass Fee Hunts - Colorado OTC

Anyone have much luck/feedback on trespass fee hunts? Looked at several sites - some fees are fair, some seem high, but don't have a baseline to compare. Anyone hunted/dealt with Butte Valley Ranch? Looking for DIY with camping available for OTC tags. Either 2nd/3rd season depending on where.

Private land in a otc unit I'd think would be higher due to they can outfit however many hunters they see fit at a higher price
