Colorado mule, 1 point, trespass fee?

Hey I'm hoping to get some recommendations on people who offer trespass fees in units that are pretty easy to draw with 0-1 points. I'm bringing my wife on her first western hunt (hoping for 3rd season) so I'm hoping to avoid the kind of terrain that would make it miserable for her. Been looking at 3/301 a lot but haven't been able to get in touch with anyone who offers trespass hunts despite putting in some calls. Not sure if there's a better way to look for trespass hunts in general. I started with calling wildlife officer who told me to look at Craig chamber of commerce website and they had a list of people but no one picked up those numbers. Is there a better way to look for these? Either way also open to suggestions on other units that are easy for NR draw as 3/301 don't have the best public land access and like a thousand tags given out.
