Tree Stands for Mountain Whitetail?

Summit viper hauled in with a Kifaru stryker.
Won’t go in the mountains without one.
North Georgia public land

Sticks and either a saddle or lone wolf assault. Pretty much covers everything I need in the mountains.

Hunting on the ground is easy access but it gives you no advantage. There will be deer pass by you and smell you long before the buck you’re after comes by.

This matches my experience. I know a couple of great places that the terrain and wind just don't work together (elevated side is up wind) and being able to get up in a tree would make all the difference. I've had opportunities from the ground but I think I would have a lot more with a stand or saddle.
