Don't forget to taper some heading in to your competition. Also, with the altitude factor you may want to do some hard interval training once a week.

Congrats on the gold! See ya at finals.My team took first in the men's division in Fort Collins. Had an absolute blast. I ran it last year as well too. I really like how Kenton set everything up this year. The Bowhunter 3d course was awesome. Can't wait for Nationals in my beautiful home state!
