Trade land owner elk tag 2023??

I might receive 1 or 2 MB land owner elk tags for New Mexico “unit wide” #45. Pecos Wilderness. It seems to take 3-4 years to receive a tag, 2023 will be year 4 for me. I won’t know if I will be awarded these tags until June 1st. Not sure if it will be muzzleloader/rifle or archery until June 1st either. I was hoping I could find other land owners from other western states that might want to trade. States such as CO, NV, UT, WY, …..?
