Mountain bike
Coyote hunting gear
Shotgun for clay shooting

Everything else gets sold as I realize I don’t use it. I had a bad habit of buying the latest trend stuff to hang out with different buddies. Motorcycles used to be a huge hobby, then atvs, dirt bikes, pit bikes, back to motorcycle. Bought compound bows a couple different times, long range rifles/ plinking rifles ect... Now I just have a few nice items. My wife is awesome, and as long as I’m using it she doesn’t care what I spend on it. If it’s collecting dust it’s getting sold though

As I often tell my wife, "well EXCUSE ME for having interests". She calls them obsessions, but to me that's what a rich life includes.

Mine are:
Hunting
Fishing
Now under those two there are many sub-categories(reloading, camping, boating, etc)

I spend a helluva lot of money on hunting. Not so much on fishing but it's just as fun for me!

Arrow building gear
Bows

Guns, ammo, shooting gear and gunsmithing
Black powder gear

-bullet casting equipment
-tons of appurtenant equipment
Bikes
Baseball (men's league)
-all the gear plus a wood lathe to turn bats
Tractors and implements
Food plotting equipment
Mini excavator (it's work, but therapeutic to me)
UTV/ATV
Woodworking
Kayaks and gear
John boat
Bass boat
Camping
4 vehicles
All the tools and equipment to fix any of the above.

I'm sure I'm missing a few.. Getting to the point I can't do it all anymore. Starting to sell off and get rid of some unused stuff.

All the stuff that is used to just maintain equipment is staggering as well. Work hard play harder.

Wow some of you guys have issues!

I only have hunting stuff for a hobby. I mean that includes the guns, reloading stuff, mountain bike camping gear but it’s all classified as hunting stuff

Lol, this is funny. I really do make a concentrated effort to not start anything new, because it makes me sad to walk into the gear room and see all the stuff that I haven't used lately.

In no particular order.

Hunting
shooting
reloading
Archery
rock climbing
ice climbing
skiing/mountaineering
backpacking
car camping
trail running
road bikes
mountain bikes
not to mention the kayaks, trucks, snowmobiles in the shop

Thats about it, and Ive thought long and hard about paring it down more. I could be completely content getting rid of the mountain bike and the resort skis.
The mountains are my passion and hunting and climbing are the two main vehicles I use to access that passion.

I struggle with this constantly.

Hunting
Shooting sports
Mtn Biking
Bikepacking
Winter Fatbiking
Snowboarding
Backcountry snowboarding
Guitars
Drums
Barbell training
Climbing
Cooking

4 bikes and 9 snowboards + all the necessary tools, tuning/waxing equipment alone is fairly hefty. My place is pretty small so I finally broke down and got a storage unit and am moving stuff in and out seasonally. I also started working a side hustle this year to help support my thirst for gear
If you haven't yet, get renters insurance on your storage unit. Had a bunch of stuff stolen out of ours this spring AND found out renters insurance could have covered it. Durango area FYI

No way is anyone interested in my list....which is long and likely similar to many others on here. Almost all my hobbies (really more like interests and passions) take me outside. Here’s a couple extras....

I'm with Kevin. I only have 1 x Hobby: Being Outside. That's what I tell my wife when she complains about me having too many irons in the fire. ;)

Hunting
Fishing
Camping
Long Range Shooting
Snowboarding
General Boating

That list seems to expand by at least one new hobby a year to my wallet's dismay.

You gotta remember that you accumulate the stuff over years and don't just buy it outright all at once.

From most gear to least in my estimation:
Kids toys (my parents and inlaws are downright stupid about this)
Fishing (17 ft boat + a ton of great lakes/ walleye gear. Some other general freshwater and inshore saltwater)
Hunting (deer, westie stuff, small game/birds)
General home ownership/gear repair tools and maintenance supplies
Random camping/backpacking/hiking/bikes
Cooking/bbq/smoking
Golf and baseball, some misc other sports

I am at capacity. The last two hobbies I tried to add (brewing and building stickbows) I just couldn't find the time and resources to make them work and quickly deferred them until retirement.
