To use or not to use?: Tikka threaded muzzle adapter

I just picked up a tikka superlight in 6.5cm with a 20" barrel and figured i might as well put a muzzle break on it. Its threading is a M15x1 and came with a 5/8x24 thread adapter from tikka in the box. Seems that most muzzle breaks have a 5/8x24 thread option with less having the M15x1 thread. Should I just use the threat adapter and buy a muzzle break like the Salmon river ones or should i hunt around a bit more to find one that fits the natural threading of the muzzle?
