To Buy, Or not to buy, a foxpro x24...

I'm looking at the Foxpro X24, I was wondering if you add the aux. Speaker will the foxmotion feature work? Also, will you then be able to play 2 sounds at once?

Yes foxmotion will work. I don't believe the x24 can play 2 sounds at once. That is a feature of the x2s.

I have an X24. It works great but as said earlier it wont do 2 sounds at the same time.

Any number of things could contribute to them howling but never coming to the call.

How far away do you think they are when they’re howling? How discreet are you being when getting set up? Are you playing sounds that might be considered aggressive? Depending on the specific dog you’re dealing with, this could be enough to make him leery. Is there a possibility that others have “messed with” the coyotes prior to you making them call shy?

How long are you waiting before throwing in the towel?

They may be coming in to the set without you knowing. They know by coming in they have a high chance of being killed. How would you approach a situation where you wanted to investigate something closer and knew you could die doing it? You would slowly quietly creep through the area with the thickest cover and the best vantage point of what you're trying to investigate. If you had a nose you would do this downwind.
