Just finished my first hunt with the muzzler and found the black sights to be a serious issue around first and last light.

Anyone have any remedies for solving the low liget?

Was thinking about painting the little front sight insert with a fluorescent green or drilling the rear aperture out some to allow more light

Make sure to get the one with holes milled in the globe to pair with the fiber optic sight. I switch between the fiber optic insert and a wire reticle depending on the hunt. Open country stuff I use the wire reticle even at low light, I use the fiber optic if in woods. The rear sight I have on a peep rib all the way back on the barrel and you can take the insert in/out of that if you want more light in the rear vs a tighter focus.

I had my wife buy me some glow in the dark hobby paint. Works fine. It rubs off after a season but it was ultra cheap and takes seconds to reapply.
