What tips do you guys have for shooting uphill and downhill, and what examples do you have to back these tips up?

A tripod with an adapter that your rifle will smoothly recoil through. This gives you correct shooting height and stops leg jump. Do a forend hold if you have a light rifle with recoil. Add a rear bag (jacket rolled up) . Ensure the shooting position is relaxed and in line. Use a ballistics solution that calculates all your components and spits out the right solution. Steep uphill and downhill prior to this system suffered from a decreased hit rate.

Angle adjusted range finder.Eliminates hold error and is one less thing to mess up when under pressure to make a shot at steep angles.
