Interesting. Any idea which scope eval it was? It didn't pop up when I searched for it.

I just purchased a set of those Zeiss rings...

I think it was the first zeiss s3 eval, or the zco

Just to update and close this thread. I put the barreled action into another stock and it shot and held zero like it’s supposed to. This confirmed it was the stock causing the issue. I then put pillars in and bedded the action. Just after I put UM tikka rings on. After both of these changes my issues went away. I have since cut the barrel to 18” and suppressed it. Shoots great now! Thanks to everyone who helped diagnose the problem!!
