Tikka T3x Whitetail Hunt

Took my new Winchester model 70 EWSS 308 on a 3 day deer hunt. After having it out I’ve decided I’ll be sticking with the tikka 30-06. Tikka has a slimmer stock, lighter weight, smoother bolt with a lower bolt throw and is just more pleasurable to tread around with.
Now I just need to get rid of this leupold vx-3hd on top of it and get my hands on an Accupoint 3-9.

Sounds like a plan to me. I just picked up my second T3X today and will probably put a Huron on it or maybe an Accupoint if there's a black friday deal.

You going to use the UM rings?

Yeah I have UM rings on the 30-06.. I’ll probably stick with them.
