It's a first impression, unboxing, video. He has not even shot it yet.

He has a preference. Many have different preferences. There is enough room for Tikka, Ruger, Savage.

I prefer the Tikka bolt, feeding reliability, and it's trigger over a Savage but that is just my opinion.

I like some of Ruger's other offerings but have no desire to pick up an American gen 2.

Same. When I first handled my Tikka at the shop I was coming from a Browning X-bolt. First impression was the stock felt cheap and recoil pad felt firm.
Today…it’s my favorite rifle to shoot.
