What’s the gist? I could t make is past 37 seconds

He’s worried about imperfections in cerakote on top of a stainless barreled action (nothing to really worry about)

A little bit of overspray in ring base screw holes can be fixed in 10 seconds.

I have yet to see a factory cerakoted tikka have enough imperfection to cause “rings not being level” like he’s claiming. Notice how he doesn’t show this at all?
