Tikka T3X Lite 300 WM Muzzle Brakes

Considering muzzle brakes for a Tikka T3X Lite in 300 WM. What are you all using and with what threads? From what I can find the muzzle diameter of the T3X Lite is .610" which limits a lot of the top general recommendations like a APA Little Bastard.

I'm leaning towards a APA Micro Bastard - will something that small still offer enough recoil reduction to be worth the install?

Pretty sure your smith will thread it 1/2x28.

don’t overlook muzzle brakes and more. They make excellent brakes at great prices. No affiliation, just had a ton of great experiences with Nathan’s brakes.

1/2 - 28 is not enough meat for a 30 cal

I did 9/16 - 24 for a Tikka barrel

Had a 6.5 wsm on a rechambered tikka factory creed barrel, did 1/2" threads with a terminator t1, kicks like a 22-250

I put an apa “the answer” on my 7rm and the recoil reduction was incredible. Less recoil than my 243 now.

I’ve got a 1/2-28 APA microbastard on my T3 in 300WM and it made it much more enjoyable to shoot.

What was your muzzle diameter? My Tikka TX3 Hunter .300 win mag diameter is .620.
