I live in a straight wall state for deer hunting. I’ve bee kicking around trying one of these and thought I’d ask if anyone has had any experience with one in 350 legend?

I have one. Only had it for a season though. It shoots near one hold groups with Bear Creek ammo. Recoil is nothing. My daughter shot a doe with it during gun season at maybe 50 yards(anything works for that) and the deer plowed dirt for a few yards and was dead fast. It's a sweet setup.

I’ve got a CVA Cascade 350L for IL and it’s pretty meh. I’ve been eyeing those tikkas on eurooptic for a while but can’t really justify it but I am curious as well. A lot of 350s don’t feed for shit (mine included) even tho i run a single shot sled to keep it “legal” for IL use.

I currently use the bear creek 44 mag load out of a Cva scout. It’s very accurate, I’ve just got the itch to play with something different. Are you shooting the 160 or 140’s?

The europtic sale is what started this for me. I’m also in Illinois so feeding isn’t that important to me.

I had no idea they were making them. I have a Ruger American in the 350 Legend that shoots good. I just don’t care for the feeding from the mags. This Tikka would be my choice over the Ruger.

I have a Tikka roughtech ranch in .350 and also shoot the bear creek ammo. 140's now, but waiting for the lighter/faster one they are going to release. Shoots great - have a OCL Hydorgen 8.6 can for it and it is pretty quiet, esp for 16" barrel. Killed three does with it last year, no drama.

I use the 140s. I’ve now seen 7 deer die with these rounds and all were short track jobs and very dead deer. One from the tikka and 6 from a CVA Scout, which also shoots these as accurately as the Tikka. I sold the CVA to a friend as a favor. His young kids use that gun.

I bought one of these to build a 6x45. I’ll have a spare 350L barrel when I spin it off if anyone’s interested.

But man, Just thought the price point might be attractive for what most people might use the 350L for. Dirt cheap.

My uncle has one he killed 2 does with it. One and 175 yards and the other at 225 yards both dropped in their tracks. I was very surprised it did that well at that distance. He shoots deer season xp

That is a nice price. I shoot one of the 350 mini's in a Stocky's with JO's detachable bm. It's a nice little package, though I'd prefer the barrel be 20" since I don't have a suppressor over .308. It would be really nice at the 16" with a can.
