Tikka T3 stainless superlite 223rem 1/8.

Custom fluted bolt.

Barrel was professionally cut to 16 inches and threaded 1/2x28, with a 5/8x24 adapter. Built for use with a suppressor.

$1000 shipped, to your FFL. OBO

I may have a t3x stock to swap out for an extra cost. But the value is in the barreled action. Something like an mdt chassis with a folding stock would be the ticket with this setup.

How does it shoot/group after the barrel was cut?
Cant say. I had just built my Uberlite AR15 223rem, so it got most of my 223 ammo and shooting time, plus I have an identical cut BA in 6.5cm that I ended up putting all of my Ti parts on, so it got the stock and the scope I'd picked out for this build. I've had 6 or 7 tikkas cut/threaded to various lengths. They, like all tikkas, all seem to shoot best out of my metal chassis stocks, but if you want to run a factory stock I've found they often seem to react differently to action screw torque until you find the sweet spot. But I have not even shot this BA in this factory stock since it was cut. YMMV
