Last winter I had the hope that I'd get into winter biathlon. I already do a lot of marksmanship work and I already had a Tikka T1x chambered in .22LR. So I thought it would be an easy thing to convert it to a biathlon rifle. I bought sights and a harness to convert the rifle, including a pic rail to dovetail adapter to accommodate the biathlon rear sight on the existing picatinny rail when I removed the existing optic.
Unfortunately, it's just not in the cards for me to participate in winter biathlon. I have all of the items attached and listed below, in new, never mounted condition.
Biatar H-30 LIGHT harness
LRND Front Sight
Gehmann rear sight
Universal harness rail
Barnett SMS -05 biathlon bag ($85 on Amazon)
I paid the $635 for the LRND order as shown. Happy to sell for $500 shipped
including the case.
