Tikka stock brake vs...?

Hey everyone - My Tikka T3X 7MM came with the stock muzzle brake. I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4 port Salmon River in Titanium or others.

Does anybody have any experience with this? Am I just throwing money away or will a higher quality brake provide greater recoil management?
