Tikka chambering/feeding issues

I have a Tikka with a 22cm barrel from LS wild that I loaded up some 88tmks for. The issue is that I have to rack the bolt quite hard to chamber a round. Otherwise, I have to mess with it quite a bit to get it in. This happens both with my reloads and some factory hornady 80 eldms. It happens if I use a magazine or just drop a round in. I'm no gunsmith so I may be missing something obvious. I'm also not explaining it well so hopefully the video illustrates it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

That looks aggravating.
Do you have any rounds that feed smoothly?

Did you use a go/no go when the barrel was put on?

Before the barrel was attached to the action, would rounds drop in easily(plunk test)?

Have you degreased/cleaned the chamber? That looks very sticky.
Have not cleaned or degreased the chamber. It has never been shot but I can clean it. It doesn't feel sticky so much as it just won't go if that makes sense.

Not unless I do them somewhat aggressively like the last round in the video. Not sure on the go/no go or if they'd drop in before the barrel was attached. I bought the barrel and action together and they came to me like this.

Gotchya.
Run an acetone soaked bore snake through that barrel a few times.

If that doesn’t fix the issue, you need to call up LS wild. Maybe show him that video. PBB puts out good barrels, but something funky is going on that’s probably going to need a hands on evaluation to diagnose and ultimately fix.

I watched the video. Honestly, you should be running the bolt like you did on the last one every time, unless you see obvious signs of damage on the brass that would indicate something in the chamber.
They aren't made of plastic. Give'r.

Also, you are obviously feeling quite a bit of resistance with the forward feeding stroke. But what about when you retract the bolt? Does it extract smoothly, or do you feel resistance as the bullet exits the chamber?

Will do. I was going to reach out to them but hadn't seen them on here for a while so thought I'd make sure I wasn't missing anything obvious first.

Yeah I figured I could and that's how I'd usually run the bolt but it would be nice to have the option to not to. Really noticed it when I was trying to figure out an appropriate coal for my reloads.

I haven't really noticed anything when retracting the bolt. Once the round is in there properly they seem to extract fine but I'll have to pay more attention next time.
