See video to get a look at the issue, I don't think I can describe it any better than the video shows. It only rubs the action on initial cocking. The bolt does it in multiple actions, so I know it's the bolt. It has probably close to 3000 rounds on it, if that means anything.

Found a thread where a few people had the same issue, think I found my solution. I'll run some brake cleaner and blow it out with compressed air, then grease the ramp on the cocking piece and see if that fixes it.

I grease the cocking ramp slightly, bolt lugs and the bolt handle where it contacts the extraction ramp.

I’m not sure where exactly you’re wondering on the contact. The handle is designed to contact the action on the up stroke to initiate extraction of the case. Easy way to tell if a tikka has been shot a lot or not is to look she bolt handle.
