I've read a lot about Tikka T3 accuracy over the years. If you have a picture of your best group please post it, I have a superlite 30-06 that does pretty well with factory ammo but I would like to get another.
Thanks

1:8 223 would be high on my priority list if I were you...

Pretty early to say with just 30 or so rounds down the pipe thus far...but so far so good with factory ammo for 5 shots.

First three shots testing a new load....

That said, neither the shooter nor the gun is actually that good. More than a little luck involved, which is why I stopped at three to take the picture! It was a good load though, and would in fact reliably produce 5 shot groups under 1 MOA and worked well in the field when I used it.

This caribou stuck his head out from behind a tree at 112 yds. With the head and part of the neck being all the shot I had, it neatly exploded the C2 vertebra.

Rolled this mt goat 400 yds down the mountain the next year.

Only reason I developed that load at all was because it happened to be on the shelf during the recent component shortage. I usually more of a 180 or 200 gr guy in the '06, but it left me no reason to complain.

These where shot with the 300 wm mag. My wife shot her 270 wsm Tikka t3...
