Tikka Lite vs Superlite

Looking at getting a tikka, not sure whether to get the stainless lite or superlite. Curious to hear everyone’s opinions. Does accuracy seem to be the same fluted vs nonfluted? I’ll pretty much be keeping it as is except for swapping the stock out.
Most likely in a 300wsm.

In my limited experience, I would say that they are equal.

Accuracy is the same. Barrel life is the same. No issues.

I only have experience with the superlite so far. It holds one inch ten shot groups.

A few oz different. If you want to cut and thread (assuming older model) I’d go lite vs superlite.

The only difference is the fluted barrel. You can cut and thread either with no issues. Get whatever one you want.

They will both be a handful in 300 WSM.

I have 1 fluted and 2 non-fluted. The fluted has always shot .5 moa better. I have read similar reports that the fluted shoots better.

I have fluted in 30-06 and non fluted in 7-08, both stainless. I shoot better with the non fluted 7-08, but I’m pretty sure it’s because it doesn’t kick the snot out of me and I’m not slightly afraid to pull the trigger. (Unlike the 30-06).

No matter which you choose do these upgrades:
Limbsaver butt pad
Vertical grip
Kydex adjustable cheek riser
Clean out the barrel channel so it’s free floating.
Adjust the trigger to the lightest setting

I already bought and aftermarket stock for it. But yeah I was going to turn the trigger down before I even put it together.
I was thinking about trying the backfire recoil pad, seems pretty slick.

The backfire is nice, but I can't tell any difference on my 2 Rokstoks shooting a 7PRC w/ 1 Backfire and 1 Limbsaver. Except the backfire is thicker so longer LOP.
