Preferred barrels tikka prefit, 7RSaum 900 varmit contour 26” with cut preferred barrel break, not a threaded break. 153 rounds down the pipe. 1:8 twist

149 pieces of once fired ADG brass in this chamber, 91 re sized and primed. (One was sacrificed and I gave it to a friend when I finished light dev).

I would like to sell together for someone who wants to build a comp gun or chop it into a short fatty. Can provide purchase sheet for the barrel if needed, comps are not my cup of tea. Fair OBO accepted or options for tikka stocks $375

How’d it shoot and is this a saami chamber?

Saami chamber I believe they use the JGS reamer so same as saami. It was .6-.8 with the first load I ran so just shot it there. I’m not good enough to shoot better than that or reload better than I was getting for results

Were you able to use stock Tikka bottom metal & magazines with this caliber?

Yep just used the wsm mag from tikka and have personally always used the tikka bottom metal/plastic with them

Magnum. It’s 7mm Remington short action ultra mag. Or buy a swappable bolt face option, I think unknown is working on one if not a lot of us here swap bolts around for our next builds

What bullet were you shooting? What was the COAL? And weight of barrel please

5.56lb weight according to wife’s baking scale. I will look for a target and coal tomorrow. No lights in the garage and west wall is all tin. Don’t keep many targets around but I think I have one in a box. No loaded ammo since I took it apart looking for that aswell. @Kcollins01
