Alright boys, the day is here!
To place a preorder you need to DM, email, or call ME specifically ( ME is Jake )
my direct email is [email protected], the sales number is 570-368-3920

Preorders require at least 25% down to commit the rifle to you
25% typically breaks on the stainless lite to $250

I will need the following info from you
Email Address
Phone number
Billing address
Full name
Sku of rifle you would like

If you know the FFL you would like me to ship the rifle too, you may provide that as well. If you don't, we will square that up when the rifles come in

If you have already messaged me to place your order, you should have received an emailed sales order receipt - give me a call within the next 2 days to put at least 25% payment on the order, If you have changed your mind - no sweat, just let me know
I punched them all in in chronological order ( @SteveAndTheCrigBoys had first dibs.. )

Go crazy! - Jake

Now for the meat and potatoes
Tikka gave me incorrect info, thus the delay in opening up preorders - Once they are live on the site I will update this post with links, for now I will be manually punching in each order
Below are the rifle specs
Links are highlighted in GREEN
You can pay in full for a backorder directly from the site if you so choose

I’m tempted to buy one and cut and thread or order a preferred barrel on an action I have.
Be curious to see what kind of velocity these get.
I’m just over buying brand new guns just to have to mail them off and put money into them. I really wish more companies (especially tikka) would start making guns with better barrel lengths.

22-24” barrels….pass.
There is a lot of companies missing the shorter barrel movement. I follow other forums too and have the sense that Rokslide is @ the front of that. It is not even in the discussion for the majority of hunters out there I would bet. And the rifle companies are not pushing it in their marketing for the most part. Rokslide are the early adopters which is about 10%-15% of the pie.

Yeah I get that. I have to tap out of threads on Facebook and other sites when people ask about barrel length and 6/6.5 stuff. The dudes just come out in full force.

Per Jake.....no lefties yet.

Randy
Yeah.. Not yet, Im sure theyll come soon enough

I blame NRL, PRS, YouTube, & most shooting media as a whole.
The masses think they want some silly long barrel to crank velocity, So they buy whatever the new hot caliber is in the longest barrel they can find.
They all think they shoot further than they actually do & will be able to smack a game animal at 600 yds + with no practice and a capped turret 3-9x40.
You guys would be amazed at some of the questions and requests I get everyday, its literal insanity sometimes.
They forget a hunting rifle is not a competition rifle, it is a rifle that will be carried far and often and shot very little.
At least on the east coast, there is such a negative connection between short barrels and accuracy its insane, but the second i let someone use my 18" 6.5 w/ the OG 6.5 it changes their world.
I dont see the market shifting until the masses stop buying 24" rifles, I do think the cheap suppressor craze going on right now will help our cause though.

That east coast, and I see it in the south too, trend of short barrels not being as accurate is pretty funny. Unfortunately it’s a wide spread belief and it’s perpetuated by fudds that may have never shot a deer over 125 yards.

The best thing you can do is find them at a range and let them shoot your shortest suppressed rifle with a scope at something over 200 yards. Minds will be blown.

I chatted with a guy on a backcountry ridge a few years ago. He was all excited to give me the specs on his "custom" rifle. 28" barrel with an Ultra 7 on it. Had to have been miserable to hike in with given 3+ miles of dense deadfall and new growth. Especially with it strapped to the pack.

Thought he was calling in an airstrike when I first spotted him...

Beggars can't be choosers I guess. New tikka 6CM + chop and thread is still gonna be cheaper than a donor action and PBB.
