2700fps and the 143eldx is enough to get to 650 yards, which is well beyond your stated max range, so I don't think I'd change anything if it's shooting well. Spend the money on a few extra boxes of the 143 stuff, and shoot 20 rounds at 100 to get your true zero. Then verify it with a 10 round group at 400 and another 10 at 600.
Some would argue you should do this all in one sitting... personally I think it's best to shoot 3-5 rounds at a time, then take a break... let your mind reset... review your shooting basics, maybe do some dry fire drills from other shooting positions... then come back and do another 3-5 rounds with the same point of aim as you began.
Also, a note about scope set ups... they are the most likely failure point in a rifle system, so anything you can do there to eliminate possible movement will be beneficial. For example, a tip I learned years ago from other roksliders and use to this day is to put a dab of fingernail polish on the ring screws once you have them torqued properly. This will allow you to see if any ring screws ever work themselves loose in the future. I also put a dab on the scope where it touches the rings so I can see if the scope ever moves inside the rings.
Once everything is set up and you have your dope and drop charts figured out, take another box of ammo to the woods and practice shooting at rocks from various positions and distances.
Sorry... more unsolicited advice.
