Tikka 308 build

My Tikka now has a 16.5" barrel.
Cut off 6" + -6.7oz plus some loss for threading.
Flute barrel -4.8oz
Flute bolt -.8oz
Talley mounts.
New Peak 44 stock -9.2oz under Tikka stock.

Total weight with scope, mounts, Scythe Ti, and empty mag 6lbs 4.3oz
I have not shot this yet and I am going to order some bullets to load. Just showing weights for others

Is is that a t3x lite barre? If so the weight savings from flutes is more than I expected. Be interesting to see how it shoots.

Why not just buy the one of the rifles at sportsman’s that already has a fluted barrel?
