Don't do it without consulting with a smith. The mag length of the AICS exceeds the action port opening (by a pretty significant difference) on the Tikka, and the nose of the bullet will get hung up when feeding. I found this out the hard way, and didn't bother talking to a smith about whether or not the action port could safely be opened up, I parted the Tikka out and ran in a different direction.
Was that the Red Snake or Mountain Tactical bottom metal? Looks like the Red Snake goes forward by modifying the stock whereas the Mountain Tactical goes back by modifying the trigger housing. Maybe both go forward enough to cause the problem but I don't know, curious if you do.

I had the Red Snake, Mountain Tactical was still in design stage at the time. I haven't looked at them since so I don't have an answer for current production.

I have try H4831 SSc and have good luck with it
H4831 at 75.2 grain
180 gr Accubond
ADG brass
Federal magnum rifle primer
3.425 OLV
3225 FPS

that is 3 shots group at 100 yards

If you want to try Hammer Bullets , the speed should be around 3300 for sure. My other 300 WM shoots Hammer bullets at 3300 .

I would try 180 accubonds or triple shocks as well. H1000 is a good call too. If your shooting that much are you scrubbing your bore for copper fouling? Are you also letting your barrel cool 5 minutes between shots?

...I don't trust it. It's the gen 2 Caldwell. I've worked up dope charts based on what it said and when I shot to verify out to 400 it was off by like 4 inches.

Zero your rifle at 100. Get your 200 and 300 adjustments (should just be a shot or two at each distance to do so). Then use Weaponized Math ("Try DOPE")...

The process is very quick and easy. If you need help beyond the video send me a message or follow the links in the video's description.

IF you really want to know your velocity then back into it with a ballistic calculator once you have your DOPE, but it really doesn't matter.
