Tikka .22lr setup for long range

I really appreciate everyone’s tips! Thanks for the help!

Part of me really likes the idea of starting with a SWFA fixed 10 just to see what I can get away with. I’ll probably show up to the next event just to watch and check out everyone else’s setup, I imagine it’ll be mostly nice stuff, chassis, high end scopes, etc…

Maybe I’m being naive, but I’m so used to shooting my rifles off my pack with a 3-9 scope set at 7x, I’m kinda tempted to see how I can do with a similar/minimalist setup to keep it fun.
Let’s just say for shits’n gigs…a Tikka with vertical grip, bipod, rear bag, quality ammo that groups tight, and a fixed 10 or a higher mag scope with 30 moa rail…how much will I be held back by my gear?
I don't think you'll be held back to much by your gear. My tikka is set up pretty much like you described: vert grip, 20 moa mdt rail, arken 4-12 (I think) set usually at 6-8x, shooting cci sv. Shooting off my pack at 150yds I can usually keep my little 1" spinner going pretty good. Haven't stretched it to 300 yet but shouldn't be a problem. I also don't seem to have any of the feeding/ejection issues others have mentioned... I've got probably 5-6000 rounds thru this rifle and I can't honestly remember a single misfeed or ejection issue.
