I have a 5 arrow tight spot and run the 4 mm FMJ injexions. Man, these arrows do not stay in place very well. Does anyone have advice for carrying skinny arrows in the tight spot? I probably need to tighten the hold bolts down but they seem like they are just about maxed out. . .

I think replacing the foam under the hood may help. Is there a specific type of foam that works best when doing this? My arrows rattle around in there after several shots and make my bow sound horrible. . .

I wonder how much of this has to do with the fact that a shoot an older bow without a string stop...

Larger arrows can stretch the rubber. I run 4mm with an old tight spot with no issues. I'd contact tight spot. I don't know if you can get another lower gripper rubber deal to slide in there or not.

I'd start with the bolts though that's what they are there for.

Also tightspot makes a second gripper that you can put on for move grip on the arrows, check out their site.

I shoot the 300 spine Black Eagle Deep Impacts.

Outside diameter .248”. Not sure the diameter of your arrow.

Had to pretty much tighten the adjustment screws to the max but the hold and don’t rattle.

So I had the same issue with my 5 year old Tightspot with the #1 arrow slot that points back toward you and the bowstring. Lost a couple of 330 Carbon Injexions on hunts as I could never get the gripper tight enough with the micro shaft (I'd used the quiver with regular Goldtip Hunters previously). Solved it by fabricating a larger, wider wedge that went between the #1 and #2 arrow. When talking to Tightspot I mentioned this and they said to turn the stock wedge 90* to accomplish the same thing. I haven't tried that solution but suspect it would work fine. The other 3 wedges are tightened down a ways and grip the Injexions tightly. Takes seconds to adjust the wedges to where you want them, so adjust yours.

I really like the Tightspot. Just set up my backup bow this week and noted the bow holds better and is quieter for me with the quiver on, loaded up with 4 arrows than bare (no stabilizer). YMMV

You can also back out the Allen screws and turn the plastic block 90 degrees. Its actually a rectangle, not a square. Placing it long ways tightens substantially and you'll probably only have to do every other one.

Weedwacker...exactly what Tightspot told me to do. You explained it better than I did in my post above.
