Threading a barrel diminish accuracy?

I’ve got a 6.5prc that took a lot of load development but finally is incredibly accurate. It is not threaded for a brake and I wish it were. Not for recoil reduction so much, but so I can see hits. If I have it threaded, am I likely to see a reduction in accuracy? Or might I have to start over with load development?

Long story short it depends. I don't think the threading per say as much as the weight of the muzzle device may change the frequency of barrel whip.
But I really wouldn't worry about it. You may need to change the powder charge a little up or down but nothing else in the load should change because that's all chamber related imo.

I had like 5" cut off my t1x and threaded, it shoots 1 hole. Same w my 22 mag, the accuracy actually increased. But I realize these aren't center fire.

Cut my 7-08 down to 16" , threaded and added Suppressor. It shoots 1/2 MOA with Chassis.

The only thing I found was a slight impact change going from brake to bare and back, around .2 mils. I'd guess that will be the only change.
