Hey everyone,
I’ve just got into bow archery for bow hunting purposes and had a quick question.
What are your thoughts on the Carter Convertible?
I live in New Zealand and the choices I have in releases is quite small. My nearest archery shop is a 6 hour drive away or the best one in the country is a flight away from me.
After doing some research I’ve decided to go with a thumb trigger or resistance release to enforce good technique.
I don’t have the biggest budget for a release so I’d rather buy a high quality second hand one instead of a lesser quality new one.
The only second hand one I can find here is a Carter convertible. I know it’s not the most popular one but it’s a great deal. Ideally I’d like a wise choice or evolution but that will have to come later after I’ve paid for some lessons.
Any help would be appreciated!
