Thoughts on 60mm spotters?

+1 on leica vote customer service has been first rate ... had an issue with my brothers z5 Swarovski that he purchased new . i believe both company's are the top of the heap in alpha glass but the apo from leica is one i have had my eye on and likely my next spotter

Regarding identifying an APO 62mm scope...the front edge of the objective shade will be labelled Leica made in Germany etc. And it will state APO..also near the coarse focus knob it will state APO in red letters....obviously non-APO scopes will have neither nomenclature...the 77mm will state "APO" on the main scope body in front of the "televid" marking.

Thanks for that clarification! I was just not getting the fact that the 62s are marked differently from the 77s.
