How long is the barrel? 22”1 in 8. It also has a threaded barrel.
The one I handled a couple months ago in 7 PRC was 8 twist, threaded, and 24”How long is the barrel? 22”
Well… It kinda is especially for the reloadersSo we get a 7prc before a 6 creed, for f sakes........jump on that bandwagon Tikka! Must figured 8tw 243 was enough for the 6mm bois!
I guess the holdup is European version of SAAMI not blessing the 6CM as good to go yet. I did buy an 8 twist .243 20" threaded and its sweet, but would buy a 6CM tomorrow for sure if tikka was able to release one.So we get a 7prc before a 6 creed, for f sakes........jump on that bandwagon Tikka! Can confirm that a stock 7PRC in a Tikka Lite honestly sucks to shoot after a while.Having recently used/watched a 7mm PRC in a 20" barreled Browning x-bolt for a LR class I dont know that I'd want a UL rifle in that chambering unless I was 100% shooting suppressed. Spotting targets is difficult to say the least. If you were a heathen and a moron you could use a brake I guess....![]()

I have the same browning, shooting suppressed is a must and a real bonus if your suppressor also has a brake on it. I would bet the tikka is fine to shoot with something like the TBAC magnus RR or the silencerco omega 300 w/brake. For me it would be an if and only if.Having recently used/watched a 7mm PRC in a 20" barreled Browning x-bolt for a LR class I dont know that I'd want a UL rifle in that chambering unless I was 100% shooting suppressed.
