an unplanned rokslide cliff test.....me still attached.
Well, not too dramatic but did go for a tumble trying to jump over something I shouldn't have. Pack held up fine.
Took the Teratorn out for a couple days backcountry fishing. The more I use it, the more I like it. Obviously it holds enough for this use but I'll once again reiterate how much I like the separate sleeping bag compartment. I've always liked and preferred the separate sleeping bag compartment (REI XT 85) among others.
On this trip, I had a Durston Xmid 2, sea to summit ether pro XT and an enlightened equipment 30 degree quilt plus pillow all in this space. Viola!
One additional thing i discovered is that the designed trekking pole loops hold a fly rod perfectly.
Crocs and light rain gear go into one of the sidepockets and the helinox chair zero go into the opposite one. Ive got several more backcountry trips planned before it's use during hunting season.
