an unplanned rokslide cliff test.....me still attached.

Well, not too dramatic but did go for a tumble trying to jump over something I shouldn't have. Pack held up fine.

Took the Teratorn out for a couple days backcountry fishing. The more I use it, the more I like it. Obviously it holds enough for this use but I'll once again reiterate how much I like the separate sleeping bag compartment. I've always liked and preferred the separate sleeping bag compartment (REI XT 85) among others.
On this trip, I had a Durston Xmid 2, sea to summit ether pro XT and an enlightened equipment 30 degree quilt plus pillow all in this space. Viola!
One additional thing i discovered is that the designed trekking pole loops hold a fly rod perfectly.
Crocs and light rain gear go into one of the sidepockets and the helinox chair zero go into the opposite one. Ive got several more backcountry trips planned before it's use during hunting season.

Over a full week in on my Teratorn and I’m loving it.

Packs sure have come a long way since my first “hauling backpack”. My Dads 1970s aluminum framed Boy Scout pack that I still have. Notice the side wing zip pockets 😍

Can you post more pics and your opinion on using the pack with day pack loads in it? I’m sold on the pack as a multi day pack and I’ve seen it in person, however I’m still a little unsure about using it for a day hunt in mild weather. Thanks

Yeah I have plans to make a video since this exact request has been made by several folks now. Basically the plan is to make a video on how I plan to use it for multi day hunts, and how I use it for daily shooting/scouting use. Just need to check in with @Ryan Avery on where/how to post it up, and I need to get some better video making equipment as I suck at it.
