Listen to the hunt backcountry podcast 469, he answers your question around 4mins and 40 seconds.Sorry if this has been covered…but who is “Form?” What is his back ground? How does he have so much experience witnessing kill shots etc?
If you search here, he has thousands of posts and writes about his experiences and how it’s shaped his conclusions on equipment, methods etc.Sorry if this has been covered…but who is “Form?” What is his back ground? How does he have so much experience witnessing kill shots etc?
He won't tell you nor will anyone that knows..Sorry if this has been covered…but who is “Form?” What is his back ground? How does he have so much experience witnessing kill shots etc?
It’s only contentious because people think they need to know who someone is and what they do. Whether someone is a schoolteacher, a construction laborer, or a spec ops warrior, it doesn’t change the facts. If stuff is only true because of who someone is, then it’s not true at all. When testing Form’s advice, it pretty much always comes out exactly like he said it would. Works for me.It's a contentious issue.
Cool story, doesn't change the fact that people want to know some basic info. It’s only contentious because people think they need to know who someone is and what they do. It's called confirmation bias. You will only allow yourself to be fed knowledge by someone who is assumed more knowledgeable about the "thing" than you are and if you can not confirm that person has more knowledge than you, in general you will ignore that information until it is said by someone you accept to have more knowledge than you do.It’s only contentious because people think they need to know who someone is and what they do. I didn’t post any garbage, but whatever.Cool story, doesn't change the fact that people want to know some basic info.
Maybe he is a school teacher? Maybe him and his team are the reason there was a global shortage of 215 bergers?
The simple fact is, when someone asks about him somebody like you comes along and posts some garbage like you did. Claiming who or what he is doesn't matter. It's not the point.
The facts aren't what people are asking about and won't change what we think about them.
What will knowing his name, background, and experience do to change the data he shares that is repeatable? If you really want to meet him sign up for a Shoot2Hunt shooting course and go meet him.Cool story, doesn't change the fact that people want to know some basic info.

I don't need to know him but maybe I want to? What he does sounds pretty fun. Killing animals, cull hunts, shooting guns all day, hunting all fall. Maybe his line of work has some openings and I want a career change? What job offers that? I don't know but he does. Maybe it's a possibility but maybe it's not?I didn’t post any garbage, but whatever.
Sure, I’m curious who Form is and what he does, but I don’t really need to know that. You say knowing more about him wouldn’t change things, so then why do you need to know who he is? What would “basic info” do for you besides possibly satisfy a little curiosity?
Easiest way to get in on depredation/cull hunts is to make friends with farmers in the southeast, especially in cwd areas where it is easy to get permits. You won’t get paid for it but you can shoot as many whitetails as allowed.I don't need to know him but maybe I want to? What he does sounds pretty fun. The point is, some basic info isn't gonna hurt. And asking about it doesn't hurt either.

Funny you mention that. Seems retarded that if I spend money, I can see his face and hear his real voice but it's hidden on the podcasts. What will knowing his name, background, and experience do to change the data he shares that is repeatable? What will change if you know the name on his birth certificate, what he looks like, or where he works? Your "curiosity" borders on having God complex disorder. If the only way you can accept the data is to know him then it is obvious you haven't tested the data not tried to draw your own conclusions from your own tested data. You should shoot more and do better.Funny you mention that. Seems retarded that if I spend money, I can see his face and hear his real voice but it's hidden on the podcasts.
But yet reading comprehension isn't one of your strong suits. When people ask about him, they aren't asking to change the facts it's just a curiosity on what he does and how he's been able to accomplish his data set. Not one person that has ever asked about him thinks knowing some basic info is going to change his data.
