The Rokslide Stock Traders Thread

That Dec high was very brief (irrational) and it is now back where it was before the election. A brief bubble and now its back where it should be.

I’ll put this here too, because I like you guys

Obviously it depends on what time frame you choose. I would consider a 50% haircut since Dec "plummeting".

Wait, I thought everyone called that a “sale?” Isn’t that how it goes?

Maybe we should trade stocks once a week and not daily to mitigate some of the anxiety.

Just a heads up. Been really busy and life isn’t slowing down so I haven’t had time to really watch and buy the dips the last couple of weeks. Don’t plan to have the time for a couple months. You all are safe to continue buying them because they will turn you a profit. I will report back when I am back in action. Then you all can stop buying the dips. Once I jump in, they won’t really be dips, more likely they will be the new 52 week high.

Almost 12 billion in profits so far this year from investors shorting Tesla.
Yep. I work for a bulge bracket bank and our equity traders service the largest hedge funds....Millenium, Citadel, etc. "We" have made record profits during this recent volatility on intraday trades.

As I sat through a post earnings call presentation earlier this morning, I thought about how, while this exec shared the "good news", everyone in the audience is likely still in the red on paper on many investments.

It also reminded me of the movie Trading Places, when the Duke brothers were explaining to Billy Ray Valentine how they make money. (They get paid no matter if the client wins or loses.)

What I’m reading is it will be canter equity partners. CEP will be the ticker.

Anyone looking at PFE here? Dang Pfizer has been beat up- a $125B company thats PEG is at .53 and a forward dividend of 7.77%. Something tells me it's a double in 3-4 years and you get almost 8% div for holding it.
Great to add to the watchlist, I agree with your thoughts on this bad boy.

Germane to this thread with so many trading these speculative Nuclear stocks. It looks like the current admin is taking away restrictions and trying to streamline the approval process. At link- IEEE Spectrum website- is the most comprehensive article on SMR's and where we are with them that I have seen.

SMR update
As a contractor that pulls building permits weekly, I cannot imagine the bureaucratic red tape involved in getting one of these Nukes up and going.
