In alot of the arrow companies out there i am already shooting almost their stiffest spine so going to the stiffest really wouldnt be extreme. Especially considering the fact that if i could pick up 80# limbs for my carbon element cheap id jump on them!

This makes me wonder if I should have gone to the 300's, but so far things are good with the 340's. I guess that's the problem with the charts. Easton chart says 400 with a 27" arrow and 100 grain tip and that's what the pro shop set me up with but I've certainly learned a lot more in recent years on tuning. Stiff is good! Thanks!

The 340's will do just fine

Same here... The over spined hype came from traditional shooters and finger shooters.. You have to have the spine right for those situations to get good accuracy... With a modern compound, shooting a release aid and a fall away rest over spined is NOT an issue.
