How well does the air fleece cut the wind?
Not very much—it’s a grid fleece, purposely selected to breathe well
A lightweight wind layer of the air fleece does the trick in windy conditions
I just had Brad on the podcast and he discusses color decisions in depth= https://www.rokslide.com/tt71-trail-goods-company-partnering-with-hunters-for-epic-adventures/Is the fleece comparable to the first lite Klamath? Looks to be more breathable just based off the picture of the material previously posted.
Is the tundra color of the hoodie and the bitterbrush color in the pants pretty similar in color?

Not familiar with the Klamath, if you look earlier in the thread I compare with a Sitka Heavyweight. Is the fleece comparable to the first lite Klamath? Looks to be more breathable just based off the picture of the material previously posted.

I love the welded knee pads on the KUIU Pro and Talus pants. Not the look so much, but you don’t know they are there and they save my knees. They also add significantly to the life of the pants. PLEASE include something similar in the future!Glad you asked this one. That’s something we will do in the future. For me personally I have a love hate relationship with knee pads. Hate them 90% of the time while I’m hiking around until the 1% of the time when I actually want them. But yes I agree they can be handy and we will make that an option in the future.

I'd prefer a thin knee pad pocket vs a permanent fixture.Heard!

I'll take my best shot to see if I'm understanding your question correctly but feel free to clarify if I don't answer it correctly. We don't have any field photos of the Shadow color on the product page. All of the field photos are Tundra or Mud. Shadow is more of a grey/green colorBrad anyway you could provide some text on the photos of the guide fleece with color. I’m struggling a bit knowing which is which between the manican vs field photos. Could be a sign it doesn’t matter as much as my brain wants it to matter.

I was trying to match them up and was struggling. I wear quite a bit of grey because I like it the best for wearing around town in the off season. I agree! I was actually just about to post the same thing and I don't understand the hate for themThanks for putting back pockets on them! Seems to be a trend of guys complaining about back pockets recently. Personally I don't just wear my hunting pants soley while hunting. I wear them all the time. But even while on a hunt if I drive into town for gas or food and have no back pocket to put my wallet it bugs me. Maybe someone can enlighten me on why they are so terrible
Appreiate that. I'm in the same boat personally. I can understand why some people don't use them, but we designed them so if you don't use them, you won't notice they are there. I do strongly dislike zippers on back pockets which I personally find to be uncomfortable when glassing, but aside from that I don't mind them. Thanks for putting back pockets on them! All of our clothing is made in Vietnam. No firm plans for other colors at the moment, but yes I'm sure we will be making other colors in the future. If there's something you're intersted in let me know.Where are these being sewn?
Will more color options be available in the future for the pants?
