Nah, I sold my main hunting rifle (Tikka 6creed) for the MRC 6creed.

Prior to that, I dumped all my non-sentimental rifles if I wasn’t using them much (e.g., 30-06, 300wm, etc.). But that’s primarily because I’m a minimalist and don’t like owning things I don’t use.

After hunts in Hawaii and California in September/October I can also bring rifles for some fall hunts if anyone needs a gun for a hunt.

I’ll be slicing up through western Utah and Colorado, before stopping in Idaho for a few days then across Montana, and North Dakota before spending a week in Minnesota. Then down through North and South Dakota before spending a week in North East Wyoming. Then back through the west sides of CO and UT/Northern AZ, to make it in time for youth and family/friends tags down by the Mexico border.

I’m happy to travel out of the way for someone to grab a rifle if needed and some fresh meat and shoot some guns. I’ll be like the ice cream man but with deer and elk meat and guns/bullets.

This shit got kind of wild. I must have missed a couple threads.

I know @Ucsdryder in person and he is a super solid guy. He has helped me out in a serious time of need that nobody else was willing or able to. The peanut gallery might not like him because he and @Formidilosus do not get along and agree on things and that is okay. You don't have to like everyone. He and form can have their beef. That's the beauty of being part of a free country. Let them have their beef.

That's my 2 cents.

I still look forward to seeing how these rifles turn out.

Well kind of. I won the basic package so I’d still have 1500-1800 in travel and upgrades. Form was nice enough to offer me a free spot a few months back to the shooting competition.

I would (and plan) to drive from TN to take this class whenever a slot comes open to sign up. That's exciting you got this opportunity to train with @Formidilosus

For anyone that has a hunt coming up and like @atmat () you sold your rifles or need the MRC, let me know and I will do anything I can to get you a rifle- whether that is borrowing my MRC 6 creedmoor, or getting you a S2H 223/308/6cm setup rifle.

Highly recommend using Forms MRC 6Creed... I took all the misses out of it the first day of class...LOL

Don’t have any more animals pics, but the 6cm barrels are finished and should be installed this week or early next. @atmat rifle is getting coated, I will shoot it tomorrow and if everything is good it will be on the way to him.
