What is the difference between Ultra Accurate and just an accurate barrel?

Why cerakote? I'm guessing you have to remove cerakote for nitriding?
Well, you've got Accurate, Ultra Accurate, SuperUltra Accurate, and Finger of God... all the same, unless you're in marketing, then adjectives sell.

The elite series of Cerakote is some really slick, durable stuff. Yes, you'd have to strip the cerakote if you wanted to nitride.
Drop tested? How's it do with snow and ice?
Drop tested to exceed SAAMI/ANSI Z99.5 Abusive Mishandling standards. Form's covered the snow and ice aspects already.
Twist rates?

And I'm assuming no lefty offering anways, correct?
.308 Win is 1-10",
6.5 CM/PRC are 1-8"
6CM 1-7"
22CM 1-7"

No lefty as of now. Hoping to get the southpaw actions out by the end of the year, but haven't even talked about inletting the rokstocks as such.

The stocks need the butt pad spacer adapter placed before being shipped imo, at least need to be predrilled of whatever, shipping them back to Unknown to get fixed is dumb/expensive/ and time away from the rifle.

I agree with Atmat, I'd rather have the $150 back and keep the brake, you should need a tax stamp and a legal release (joking, not joking) to get one of those instead of paying for one on a suppressor.

@Unknown Munitions - Order link doesn't specify barrel lengths, hopefully 18" is standard or buyers will be asked.

It’s in the works for all future stocks.

You can say it’s dumb- but it adds cost.

It isn’t $150. Even still there are as many people that will complain about no muzzle device, as there are about one. Muzzle brakes are stupid in general- but the rifles have to be viable commercially beyond Rokslide.

All initial ones are 18” unless specified differently.

Sounds good on all accounts.

Ok--annoying, not dumb on extensions. Adds $40 to ship back, $40 to install, $20 to ship back.

I hear you (slightly less than I could before using a muzzle brake) on the muzzle break and commercial viability.

I understand. Unfortunately, again there are as many people that would rather a $20 cheaper stock, than have extension capable. Also- be realistic, it’s a $500 stock, and $900 Manners and McMillan you can’t add spacers either.

The 3-port stainless does run $150 on the website, and the titanium even more. But, I do understand your point.

Alas, it’ll be the most expensive paperweight I own.

Thrilled to shoot this thing soon.

My name won! How do I get my free rifle? J/k :ROFLMAO:. Nice looking rifle, I hope these sell well and push other companies to take note and not just push #'s out the door sacrificing quality.
But in seriousness, I do think MRC CMR is just a mouthful. And Beartooth is overused by all industry. So I voted Marshall.
As the first comment on the official vote thread, I’d like to think I helped set the tone for you.

Are the rifles test fired with 10 rounds and hold sub 1.5” or is that the guarantee? Ammo restrictions? I find this interesting and with the groups are too small podcast I like the idea. Is there a specific ammo needed or is it any ammo? Combination of specific ammo and a poor shooter could cause some headaches down the road.

Every single rifle is being function tested with 100 dummy rounds using the 2x magazines that ship with that specific rifle; and every rifle is being shot for 10 rounds with common ammo, and it must be sub 1.5 MOA for extreme spread. You will know what ammo was used for test firing. More than likely it will be Hornady ELD-X or ELD-M factory ammo.

Sweet rifle. I love that CRF is back on the table at a very respectable weight. I'm hopeful there will be a left hand version one of these days.

Whats the design of the CRF? I'm assuming it's more like a zermatt instead of the full length M70 extractor since this seems to be able to accept prefits. A picture would be cool. I could have missed it on the other thread but likely an important selling point.

Will UM offer prefits for them?
