Wow those look great, especially the further jumps. Wolfhunter pretty quiet on the 22 CM?
I ordered a .223 end cap for my Scythe to use on the 22 CM & 223, but would consider a Wolfhunter if there is as a significant difference. I’m pretty sure the Scythe will be perfectly adequate though.
I've shot the wolfhunter and scythe w/223 end cap side by side. The wolfhunter on a 22-250 was noticeably quieter than the scythe on a 223.

Throwing in my shorty 22 creed info here. ONLY ABOUT 75 rounds through the rifle so far, with a very light load this far from my findings on brass.

16” CF barrel
88grain ELDM
Hornady brass
41 grains H4350
3025FPS definitely think I can get close to 3100 FPS with little issue
Please report back on brass life after you've got a few loads in them. Hornady shows a max load of 37.7gr H4350 for their 80gr bullets, so your load seems pretty spicy.

Not really, 37.7 gr of h4350 in a creedmoor case is pretty mild on case fill.

I'm operating under the assumption that Hornady's max load is at or near 62k PSI. +10% bullet weight and another ~10% more charge is really going to move those numbers.
Sure,I doubt the guy you quoted has the same chamber specs as the hornady test barrel they used to generate that data.
Do you handload for any creedmoor cartridges using H4350?

I think the referenced load is a little spicy for 88s as well, but it's not my rifle so not really any of my business. Peterson has some numbers for a guide - 80 gr VLD with 40.5 gr of H4350 is 77k psi.

I use 37 gr of H4350 with a 95 SMK in alpha brass and that's about max for my 22 CM. Any higher and I get a pretty prominent ejector swipe. I have 88s going 3200 and change (with a 22" barrel) with RL-23, so no direct comparison, but I think 3100 with an 88 out of a 16" barrel is stepping on it a bit.

Bore size plays a role. H4350 is too hot for heavy 22 cm imo. Even 6 creed I have needed to move to a slower powder.

Great in the 6.5 though
