One of the two way zippers on the side pocket broke so it only zips one way, but still closes.
Super roomy with tons of pockets and loops for gear. Very adjustable and easy to carry for a larger guy (I'm 6'2"). I did about 15 miles carrying this pack loaded to the gills and it was no problem.
