TENET Q/A

If customer service is important to you Tenet is not going to make you very happy. I have emailed four times with no response. They did pick up the phone twice but was supposed to follow up with an email and never did. Makes you regret spending your money with a company like this.

I’ve reached out multiple times on Instagram and he got right back to me.

I’m not even a Tenet customer yet and they reached out to me directly to answer some questions I had. I was pretty impressed by their communication.

I am sure they are working out a lot of wrinkles as they launch a new company so just be patient and keep trying.

Customer service has been very good . Multiple emails back and forth, follow up emails and calls as well.

I am very interested in the idea of a very short, very light, quiet enough suppressor with better recoil control than traditional suppressors, so the Tenet pitch lands even if it sounds a little too perfect.

BUT I cannot find anywhere they have the length, weight, and sound suppression (at the ear) for the three configuration options on each suppressor (no brake, one port, and two port).

Can someone for the love of god get this on their website? Just a simple excel table is all that's needed.

The Outdoor Life article has the table you’re after. I had AI convert the pdf into an excel file so I could sort it by metric.

Wind gypsy is right.

Also, some of what’s in that table for Tenet doesn’t look correct. I am blanking on what exactly it was all now, but I think they had the 2 port version shorter than the one port and a few other items.

So what I am really looking for is a big more official published results from them. It’s in their own best interest from a sales perspective.

I'm on the fence as well with tenet and price and all the missing info I'm seeing as I'm in the market for 2 suppressors and looking at tenet, unknown munitions and ti trex.

Agree. Their entire GTM is questionable. I intend to stay in a holding pattern until they submit to pew or Suppressor Summit. Trying to impress the masses with a clearly “favored” video, the poor execution of the website and their. “ Oh we are just normal guys in a garage, stich”, is not doing them any favors.

I said screw it and bought the titrex 260 for my 6.5prc just now. Maybe once they get more info out and numbers I'll get the tenet in 7limited or I'll go reflex unknown munitions I like my og 6.5 on other rifle a lot great hunting suppressor

They have been sold out from the initial offering so it doesn't seem that their lack of website detail has been a large enough detractor to matter much. Will be interesting to see how things progress once more product is out into the wild.

Just curious here… it seems you feel the need to comment on everyone’s post, are you a rep. or affiliated ? This was intended to be a Q&A started by Tenent for their potential customers. Since the “roll out” was less then ideal, some of us have used it as a place for some constructive criticism for the benefit of Tenent, which for the most part, at least for now, is being ignored (I’m sure they’re busy).

Anyway, I think many are interested in some “real world testing & numbers” and while that test is certainly intriguing, the lack of clarity, on anything really, isn’t helping them and neither will fanboying at this stage, JMO.
